Application Process -- Non-Sworn Personnel
- The candidates shall complete the City of Troy application prior to the testing process.
- Upon selection from the candidate list by the Department, candidates shall complete a background questionnaire. This questionnaire shall be returned to the background investigator prior to the deadline established by the background investigator.
- If forms are improperly completed, unsigned, or returned past a deadline, the candidate will be excluded from further consideration.
- Falsification of information contained on the application or background questionnaire will result in exclusion from further consideration or dismissal from employment if found after employment.
