August 26, 2005 Update

Taco Bell, 3268 Rochester Rd., 8/15, 1:30 am. 
Officers were summoned to Troy Beaumont ER where a 16-year-old male from Troy was seeking treatment for a reported assault.  He told officers that when he and his three friends were exiting Taco Bell, two unknown teenage males approached them.  During the ensuing conversation, one of those males started a fight with one of his friends.  He stated that he jumped on the second subjects back, but was pulled off.  He stated he was then kicked and punched by both suspects.
