August 26, 2005 Update

A 53-year-old male from Troy was stopped after an Officer discovered the 1990 Toyota pickup he was driving had a plate on it that was reported stolen out of Troy on 8/8.  The driver claimed he borrowed it from a neighbor.  The registered owner was contacted and stated he never lent the plate to the suspect.  The suspects drivers license was also suspended.  He was arrested.
