Arrest Summary

In addition to those outlined above, the following arrests were also made during the last week:

Drunk Driving:  5    One case was a third offense felony at the scene of a property damage crash - a 61 year old male from Troy arrested.  He refused all chemical tests and a search warrant was obtained for his blood.  Toxicology results are pending.  In another, a 58-year-old male from Troy was found passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle in a parking lot at John R and Big Beaver.  He blew .16% on a breath test.
