December 23, 2005 Update

Grandmother and mother of 17-year-old male from Troy brought him to the station and reported they found him passed out, drunk in the basement the night before. They turned in one full and one empty 40oz. bottle of beer they found on the table next to him. They also found an empty cigarette package next to him, which contained 18 pills. The officer contacted Poison Control and discovered the pills were a generic form of Valium. Possible charges pending for MIP and Possession of Narcotics.
