December 23, 2005 Update
Troy Officers responded to 4 incidents involving individuals experiencing emotional/psychological difficulties and assisted w/transport to the hospital for evaluation/commitment.

Cell phone caller reported '96 Buick swerving all over the roadway. Officer located it attempted to stop it. It continued driving, swerving and striking the curb. With the assistance of additional police cars, it was surrounded and brought to a stop. Investigation revealed the 41-year-old male driver from Clinton Twp. was in diabetic shock. Medical treatment arranged.
