Officers located solicitors in response to complaint and warned against soliciting w/out a permit. A small, mechanical knife was confiscated from one 19-year-old male from Oklahoma.

Complainant reported two solicitors appeared at his door selling coupons. They handed him a form, which he filled out. They proceeded to tell him he owed them the money for the coupons. He told them he didnt want them. They told him if he didnt pay, theyd be back with the police. They told officers it was a misunderstanding. They were advised not to return to the property or theyd be arrested for trespassing. They did have permits to solicit.
