November 11, 2005 Update
1400 Rochester, 11/3, 10:40 a.m.
Complainant reported suspect in a prior scrap metal theft was inside the business inquiring about scrap metal. A truck and trailer to which suspect fled when advised police were enroute, was seen cruising the lots behind the business while he was inside. Suspect: U/M, 37, 5'10", 173 lbs. Vehicle: White '04 Ford F250 P/U w/a dual rear axle trailer. Plate registers to 37-year-old male from Sterling Heights.
Ancor Co., 1911 Woodslee, 10/25, 10:00 p.m.
Complainant reported computer system compromised by suspect who issued commands to the system to shut off computers, disrupting business.
Roseglen, 11/4, 6:58 p.m.
Complainant heard a noise on her deck, and when she looked, observed four males flee on foot. Area checked w/negative results. Nothing disturbed.
920 John R, 11/10, 9:54 a.m.
A 68 year old male resident moved out on 11/9 to go live with his daughter in Washington. When building maintenance entered the apartment to clean, they discovered what appeared to be an authentic hand grenade lying on the kitchen counter. Several adjacent floors were evacuated. The MSP Bomb Squad arrived and took custody of the grenade without incident.
