November 11, 2005 Update
S/B I-75 near Rochester, 11/3, 5:35 p.m.
A 28 year old female complainant from Madison Heights stated she was trying to change lanes from the left to the center, when the driver of the vehicle in the right lane made a similar attempt to move into the center lane. He ended up behind her, apparently angry and believing she had cut him off. He proceeded to pull up next to her and swerved into the drivers side quarter panel of her Cherokee, causing several minor scratches before he fled. His vehicle is a silver '05 Jeep that registers to a 30-year-old male from Canton.
S/B I-75 exit to W/B Big Beaver, 11/9, 4:50 p.m.
A 39 year old female complainant from Holly reported she was stopped in her '05 Chevy Uplander at the red light when suspect approached from the rear, stopping right on her bumper. She stated she "tapped her brakes" to make him aware of how close he was. He proceeded to move his '99 Ford Van against the rear of her car and began pushing her several feet forward while she held her foot on the brake. There was no damage. Suspect vehicle is registered to a 59-year-old male from Clawson who matches the description of the suspect driver.
