November 18, 2005 Update
Alliance Staffing, 850 Stephenson, 8/5 - 11/4
Complainant reported the company is a temporary staffing company. They hired and assigned the 25-year-old male suspect from Detroit to a location in Auburn Hills beginning 8/5. They had not been paid by the contractor for suspects services for some time, so called the contact person at the site. Complainant learned the suspect was only needed 6 days, and worked those days between 8/5 and 8/12. Suspect continued forging and faxing the time sheets to complainants company, and was paid $9,287.17 through 11/4. When contacted and confronted, he admitted his actions to complainant, but advised he could not repay the money.

Company representative reported receiving information that a company fleet gas card had been used twice at a gas station in Mt. Clemens to fraudulently purchase gas. The third attempt at the same station was denied by gas station personnel.

Management representative reported they suspected a male employee of using a customer's gift card to make $169.32 in fraudulent purchases.
