When officers spoke with him he was evasive and provided conflicting statements as to what he was doing, how he got there, and where he was living. He had difficulty calculating his age. He provided a Michigan License indicating a Romulus address. It showed he is 19 years old. His dark green '00 Honda Accord parked in the lot was located and checked w/negative results.
