Officers responded to residence on report that husband had pulled a gun on wife who had in turn barricaded herself in the bathroom. Investigation revealed the wife moved out two weeks ago. The husband went to a location in St. Clair Shores he suspected she was, found, and hid her car, then returned home. She received a call from her parents who stated her husband informed them his PI found and took the car. She began calling husband, leaving messages asking for her car back, and advising she was enroute to the Troy address to retrieve it. Upon arrival, she stated she knocked on several doors. She could see the computer on inside, and a lit cigarette next to it, so assumed he was there. She entered the house via a window and began calling out it was her and calling out for him. She eventually entered the garage where she thought the car was probably hidden. When she did, he was inside and lowered a .357 at her. She fled and locked herself into the bathroom. He claimed it was a mistake, indicating he thought someone was breaking into the house. He was arrested for Felonious Assault with a Gun.
