October 5, 2005 Update

Firefighters' Park, 1810 W. Square Lake, 10/3, 1630-1700 hrs.
Cross-Country meet in progress wherein "blockers" stood in front of park entrance to allow racers to cross.  W/M, approximately 17 years old, with brown collar length curly hair driving a dark green Saturn emerged from the park, stopped at the entrance, revved his engine and pulled into the runners striking two, as well as one of the blockers before driving away.  Minor injury to one runner; no medical attention required.
