Maple and Rochester, 10/17, 1645 hrs.
Officers responded to a report of a hit and run crash wherein the driver of a white '96 Chrysler Seabring tried to turn left from a private drive and crashed into an '03 Jaguar legally in the travel lane. The Seabring fled the scene, however a witness provided a license plate.  An officer proceeded to the registered owner's house and stopped the 25-year-old male from Troy as he pulled onto the street.  He admitted leaving the scene of the crash, indicating his license was suspended.  There were no injuries.  He was arrested for Failing to Stop and ID at a Property Damage Crash and Driving on and Suspended License.  He was also issued a civil infraction/traffic ticket for Failing to Yield While Turning Left.
