Complainants credit monitoring service advised him someone recently changed the address on one of his accounts to a location in Brooklyn, NY without his knowledge. Several fraudulent charges totaling approximately $1700.00 followed.

Complainant reported receiving notice from a collection agency regarding an unpaid phone bill for $2176.04. Someone used her identity to open the account and billed it to an address in Detroit with which she is unfamiliar/has no knowledge.
